Our ordering process is simple and works extremely well, but please make sure you understand the steps below.
Because every package has such unique shipping requirements, we have not yet included it in our checkout process. To improve your experience as much as possible, we have illustrated the few easy steps below:
Step 1
Place your order. Add all your chosen
items to the cart and then proceed to checkout. We value your
experience with us very highly. Please be sure to read our
Terms and Conditions. Once you have filled in all your information and agreed to all the
legal information, click on
Place Order. You will now be redirected
to the Order Summary Page.
No payment is required yet. We only make use of direct bank
transferr.
Step 2
Review your order information on the Order Summary Page.
Over here you will be given your order number, our banking details,
and final amount for your order. We will receive an email with your
full order, and you will receive an email with your order summary.
Please note:
The total amount given in this summary does not include shipping
charges and therefore it does not reflect the total payment amount.
Once we review your order, we will calculate shipping charges and
send you an invoice with the final amount.
Step 3
We review your order and calculate shipping costs. After this is completed, we will send you an invoice with the total amount due. We value your experience with us very highly and strive to provide the ultimate customer experience. We will apply our best efforts to process your order in the shortest amount of time.

Make your payment using Direct Bank Transfer. Please use your order number as the benificiery reference, and
email your proof of payment to:

Step 5
We will ship your order. Once your order gets shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping tracking number.

about venturelli
Venturelli is an Italian Company and partner of the F.I.G since year 2009. Their Rhythmic gymnastics apparatus are all made in Italy in respect of all the F.I.G. norms and based on the pluriannual experience made day by day.
Their technical clothing is made not only with their know-how capacities but also with precious feedback of their athletes. They also proud themselves in their excellent techincal footwear, which is the result of 3 generations of design work. The greatest achievement by Venturelli is that they confidently provide the maximum support to the athletes' performances.

Dvillena is a Spanish company located in Villena (Alicante), and was founded in 1998. Since then they have been manufacturing toe-shoes and training clothes that best adapt to the demands of the sport. Originally a tailoring and footwear manufacturer, their passion for Rhythmic gymnastics and their vast experience in the manufacturing industry, led them to becoming a leader in the industry. Through constant testing and innovation, they developed products that support the gymnast in every situation.
