1. Orders and Products

  • All prices are in ZAR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We do our best to keep descriptions and photos accurate, but slight colour differences may occur.
  • Products are subject to stock availability. If we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll refund you quickly.
  • We may correct obvious pricing mistakes.

2. Payment

Please await a follow up email confirming your shipping total before making payment.

3. Delivery

  • We ship nationwide in South Africa.
  • Delivery times are estimates only – we aim to dispatch within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  • Check your parcel on arrival. Tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing.

5. Returns for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Protection Act:

  • If goods are faulty, not as described, or damaged, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 14 days).
  • We’ll repair, replace, or refund (our choice, as allowed by law).
  • No returns on sale/clearance items unless faulty.

6. Warranties

Goods come with any manufacturer warranty supplied. We also follow all CPA quality and safety rules.

7. Our Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g. courier issues) or for indirect losses. Nothing here removes your rights under South African consumer law (CPA).

8. Privacy

We handle your info according to POPIA. See our Privacy Policy.

9. South African Law

These terms follow South African law. Disputes go to South African courts or the National Consumer Commission if you prefer.
